MAC Authors Spotlight

The Montgomery (AL) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Arts & Letters Committee presents MAC Authors Spotlight featuring chapter members who have penned books that reflect genres and themes from memoir, social justice, popular culture, black feminism, to religious/self-help. The presentation spotlights authors Valvier Bright (In the Beginning), Catherine Flowers (Waste: One Woman's Fight Against America's Dirty Secret), Josephine McCall (The Penalty for Success: My Father was Lynched in Lowndes County, AL), Dr. Riche' Richardson (Emancipation's Daughters: Reimagining Black Femininity and the National Body), and Ashley Monique Robinson (Reconnecting My Brokenness book series)
