Resources to support the Cornell community in response to immigration order

In light of the executive order issued on immigration, and its impact on Cornell students, staff, and faculty, Global Cornell has put together a webpage of resources and information, which will be updated as the situation changes and new resources are identified.

Currently the page includes:

  • excerpt/link to President Rawlings's university statement
  • resources available at Cornell: ISSO, Travel Registry and UHC travel assistance, legal assistance (Law School and Legal Information Institute), Office of Graduate Student Life, Dean of Students Office, Office of Academic Diversity Initiatives, Counseling and Psychological Services, Faculty and Staff Assistance Program)
  • statements of support from Cornell leadership (Rawlings's statement on DACA, Peñalver's statement)
  • information from affiliated organizations: AAU, APLU, SUNY, AILA, AAAS
  • related events

Please also reach out to us at Africana Studies if we can help with anything.
